We have exciting timetable changes happening this winter!

Check out our 3 brand new class styles joining the timetable-  Buggy Bootcamp, Precision Barre and CoreX!

Wondered what our new barre was for? Precision Barre takes a unique approach to the barre concept.  Iohna draws on her years as a professional ballet dancer to provide an innovate class style designed to improve posturebody awareness andmuscle recruitment.  Our small classes (max 5) will guarantee a hands on approach, but be sure to secure your spot here. Classes start Thursday 21/7 and Saturday 23/7.   More info here.

CoreX will take the place of our pilates/stretch combo on Thursday nights 7pm (starting 28th July).This is a more advanced core conditioning class, taking the Pilates principles to a new level.  It is designed to challenge your core and hip stability in variety of positions, enhanced through the use of  small equipment.  This class is especially suited to those without injuries looking to progress their abdominal strength.  Starts Thursday 28th July.

Buggy bootcamp is a safe an effective way to return to exercise after childbirth. Rhyannon will meet you at Waverton Park weekly for a fun and challenging workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. More info here.
